Yoga & Sound Bath Workshop with Veronika Pongracz
Saturday 14th December | 2.30 – 4.30pm
Join us for a grounding and nourishing yoga and sound bath experience. We gather once each season, creating a space dedicated to rest and self-care, where sound therapist Veronika creates a healing space that welcomes anyone looking to feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
We will begin with gentle movement to prepare your body and soul. Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Element Method, we will explore ways to stay nourished, harnessing the powerful energies of the season. Then, we will lie down comfortably to bathe in the different sounds of the gong, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, Koshi bells, the beautiful tones of the sansula, and more.
Designed to set you free to drift wherever the sound takes you, the sound bath experience can support you in clearing mental, emotional, and physical blockages. Expect to leave the event feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and thoroughly rested. Everyone welcome – from experienced meditators to those curious to try a gong bath for the first time.
Please note: Gong baths are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, anyone who suffers from fits (epilepsy), or anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy. Those with certain medical conditions or on specific medications should consult a healthcare professional before participating.
