Plan Your First Visit

It’s simple:

✓ Book your class online

✓ Turn up in your yoga clothes

✓ We recommend to bring your own mat and a towel if you get sweaty. We do have mats you can borrow if you don’t have your own

✓ Sign-in onto the iPad as you enter on your left and to store your belongings (phone switched off) in the shelving units located in the yoga room

✓ Help yourself to a block and/or bolster

✓ If it’s your first class, please let the teacher know so they can guide and assist you

We look forward to seeing you soon!

DON’T FORGET…

▸ When choosing your class, look out for the different livestream and in studio options.

▸ You can cancel your class booking online up to 2 hours before the scheduled class start time – log in and go to the “My Schedule” tab, where you can view and cancel your upcoming booked classes. When you cancel your booking, your class credit will be refunded automatically if booked using a pass. If a card payment was made for a single class, the credit will remain active on your account for 1 month.

WANT TO KNOW MORE?

I’m not flexible, can I do Yoga?

Yes! Flexibility is a product of Yoga, not a prerequisite. We all start at the beginning. Be patient and compassionate - you’ll be amazed at how much your flexibility improves.

I’m new to yoga, which class is best for me?

All classes are for all levels so, you can join in any class. Simply let the teacher know that you are new to yoga. You can also try Slow Flow or Power of Yin, these will ease you in and be a slower pace.

Is the studio heated?

A state of the art infrared system keeps our studio heated at a comfortable 25℃. This promotes good health and supports supple movement.

Do I need to book?

Yes, it is essential to book your class beforehand. We are a no reception studio and all booking must be made online. Please be aware of our 2 hour cancellation policy; you will be charged for the class if you book and don’t turn up, or fail to let us know less than 2 hours before the class.

I have back pain / an injury, can I do Yoga?

So many people turn to Yoga to find relief from pain or injury. Let the teacher know so they can offer you modifications or alternatives to poses. Take it slowly to help your body heal. Also try our restorative and yin classes and workshops, which are especially beneficial.

What if I’m pregnant?

We have weekly Pregnancy Yoga classes with Manuela Ruggiero, every Friday 2 to 3PM, and Post-Natal Energising Flow classes, every Wednesday 1.30 to 2.30PM.
