Transform your practice and learn to teach with confidence in our immersive, life-changing 200-hour Yoga Alliance accredited training.
Our 200-hour Power Yoga Teacher Training is designed for curious, committed yogis who want to go deeper, whether to teach or simply to explore their own practice. Led by London’s most experienced and supportive faculty, this Yoga Alliance-accredited course blends modern knowledge with ancient wisdom.
Expect transformative growth, real-world teaching practice, and a strong connection to our vibrant yoga community. You’ll leave with confidence, clarity, and lifelong tools to guide others through the practice of yoga.
Start with the theoretical part of the training during the cozy winter months by studying online. Then immerse yourself in the practical part, in person, at our lovely studio in Parsons Green during the spring and early summer.

COURSE CURRICULUM
TECHNIQUE TRAINING / PRACTICE
Master a strong and balanced Power Yoga sequence. Gain a comprehensive understanding of traditional yoga techniques including Pranayama, Bandhas and Meditation. Learn how to apply these essential techniques into your practice and teaching.
TEACHING METHODOLOGY
Learn how to put together a mind-blowing class for your students. Master sequencing, delivery, precise hands-on adjustments and how to bring an authentic and inspiring theme to your yoga classes. With teaching practice, direct feedback and coaching from the get-go, you will be bursting with knowledge and confidence.
ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY
Delve into anatomy and become inspired by the human body. Become confident in reading students’ bodies, and assisting and directing individuals based on their unique needs. Includes both physical anatomy and physiology (e.g. organ systems) and energy anatomy and physiology (e.g. chakras).
YOGA PHILOSOPHY, HISTORY AND TRADITION
Study yogic history and tradition to discover ancient teachings that are remarkably relevant in today’s reality. Develop and deepen your understanding of the philosophical texts that underpin the practices.
PROFESSIONAL ASPECTS OF YOGA TEACHING
Discover how to take your teaching beyond the training and make Yoga a successful and fulfilling career. Learn how to establish a professional and ethical framework from which to teach. Topics covered include: Accessibility and Inclusivity, Ethics for yoga teachers, The Business of Yoga, Marketing, Practical advice on financial models and pricing.
