Power Yoga is a vinyasa style of Yoga, that originates from Ashtanga. Each pose flows into the next in a sequence linking movement to breath. The benefits of this dynamic practice include improved strength, balance and flexibility.
All Level classes are accessible to everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Variations are given so you can challenge yourself or take it easy, depending on how you feel. Our experienced teachers are the best at what they do, crafting bespoke classes full of playful sequences.
If you are a newbie rest as much as you like in 'Child pose'. You will pick things up every time you practice and before you know it you will flow with your breath and start feeling the benefits of the practice.
Power Yoga at a slower pace, giving you the space to refine and strengthen your practice. Slowing the flow down means you can feel the postures deeper whilst also working on flexibility, strength and alignment.
Whether you want a slower practice, you are new to Power Yoga or you are working with an injury, enjoy a slower flow that connects breath to movement as you move from posture to posture.
Yin Yoga is the slow moving, nourishing complement to the fast and fiery yang of Power Yoga. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
Deep stretches are held for up to 5 minutes with the aim of finding release in the body. Either seated or lying down, enjoy deeply healing poses. As tension is released, observe improved energy flow throughout the body. Wear cosy and comfy clothing, and float out of class with a new sense of calm.
Experience a self-healing practice and reach deep release and emotional awareness in this active Breathwork class. With evocative music in the background, and yourself laying down, this practice will guide you through a rhythmic breathing technique designed to bypass the conscious brain, tapping into those locked places within your body and brain to release stored emotion and to achieve inner peace.
Despite the practise being highly individual, waves of emotion and energy shifts may unfold as the practise progresses. The aim is to experience moments of profound insight, by creating a temporary stress response in your body to ultimately calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and find deep rest. Expect a cyclic breathing pattern aimed to alchemize your feelings, to unravel your emotional knots and preparing you for a deeper relaxation at the end of the practice.
*Some techniques are not recommended during pregnancy.
