Born in Italy, Carlotta discovered yoga in 2016 while on a meditation retreat with her mum. Slowly but steadily, yoga became her safe space from a fast paced job in the video and photography industry and she started experiencing first hand how powerful and effective a regular practice as well as the connection between movement and breath can be.
A recent graduate from PYC 200hrs YTT, she aims to bring empowering, accessible and fun classes, helping her students to listen to their bodies and freely express themselves while being in the moment.
