Ana is a yin yoga practitioner with a deep passion for holistic well-being. After completing her Yin Yoga training at PYC, she embarked on a journey to create her own Signature ‘Healing Yin’ practise. This is a unique and effective combination of nourishing Yin poses with meditation, sound healing and aromatherapy all infused with reiki energy.

Ana holds a healing space which encourages optimal balance by re-calibrating the nervous system as one melts into a deep meditative relaxed state.

Since a young age having grown up in Hong Kong and London, Ana has always been attracted to spirituality. When she discovered yoga which was inspired by her grandmother and mother, it opened Ana up to a different quality of being. She is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and for everyone to benefit from this healing practise.

A firm believer in the transformative power of creating a safe space for self-discovery and healing, Ana guides each session with mindfulness, compassion and commitment to everyone’s unique personal well-being.

This yin yoga class is a slow, intuitive and meditative practise that opens space for deep stillness and softness.
