Abbi was working in the events industry when she first discovered yoga. Finding it brought a huge sense of calm and contentment, yoga quickly became her sanctuary amongst the busyness, and she knew instantly that she wanted to share the benefits she’d experienced with others.
Having a background in fitness, she has a deep understanding that we are all unique, acknowledging that what works for one person may not suit another. Through gentle guidance, she aims to create a safe space where students feel supported on their yoga journey. Abbi blends purposeful movement with a sense of lighthearted playfulness, offering opportunities to explore and challenge while encouraging students to move with kindness – fostering self-awareness and compassion both on and off the mat.
