PLEASE NOTE

We are both a physical and an online studio. Our passes are set up to work across all of our services, including Studio classes, Livestreamed classes and On-Demand videos.

SINGLE CLASSES

• 1 Studio Class is valid for studio classes only
• 1 Online Class is valid for Livestream and On-Demand classes only

INTRO OFFER & CLASS PASSES

• Introductory Offers and Class Passes are valid for all classes

PREGNANCY & POSTNATAL YOGA

Please note that none of our classes, passes or memberships can be used as payment towards Lulu Winfield’s Pregnancy and Postnatal yoga classes. Contact Lulu on [email protected] to book and pay for these classes.

UNDER 16 POLICY

• Students under 16 years cannot attend any classes at PYC except the teens classes
• We offer regular classes for teens, please check the schedule for times
• Students over 16 can attend any of our weekly classes, however we highly recommend the Teens and/or Slow Flow classes for this age group

NON-ATTENDANCE, LATE ATTENDANCE AND LATE CANCELLATIONS

LIVE CLASSES (BOTH ONLINE & AT THE STUDIO)

• All Live classes are subject to a 2 hour cancellation window prior to the start of the class
• If you do not attend a booked Live class or cancel with less than 2 hours notice you will still be charged for the class
• The 2 hour cancellation policy allows us to offer your place to another student
• Late cancellations and no shows will be charged to the pass
• For Livestream classes: you will receive an email 15 mins before the start with the link to join
  
• For Studio classes: please arrive at the studio 10 minutes before your class starts

• Late arrivals will not be let in after the class has started
• The Power Yoga Company reserve the right to refuse entry
• You can find details below on how the charges are applied based on what type of pass you hold

ON-DEMAND VIDEOS

• On-Demand videos are active for 24 hours after purchase and can be viewed multiple times within those hours

EXPIRED PASSES 

In the event that your pass expires with unused classes left on it, you can extend it by one (1) month from the expiry date by paying a £10 fee. Please contact reception if you wish to extend your pass.

• Passes can be extended this way for up to 12 months for a fee of £10/month.
• This does not apply to Unlimited Autopay Memberships or Kids Termly Passes

WARRIOR FLOW PASS 10 CLASSES

• Valid for 4 months from activation date.
• Please note 2 hour cancellation policy
• Late cancellations and no shows will be charged to the pass
• Warrior Flow Pass can be extended by one month for a fee of £10
• Concessions available: 15% discount for full-time students, OAP and unemployed with valid documentation

INNER STRENGTH PASS 15 CLASSES

• Valid for 5 months from activation date.
• Please note 2 hour cancellation policy

• Inner Strength Pass can be extended by one month for a fee of £10
• Concessions available: 15% discount for full-time students, OAP and unemployed with valid documentation

ZEN MASTER PASS 20 CLASSES

• Valid for 6 months from activation date.
• Please note 2 hour cancellation policy

• Zen Master Pass can be extended by one month for a fee of £10

KIDS TERMLY PASS

• Valid for specified term dates – participant added to all weeks automatically
• No refunds for non-attendance

• £125 per month, 4-month minimum contract. Unlimited practice at The Power Yoga Company

• 1 free guest visit per month

• £165 for 30 consecutive days of unlimited yoga. Activates on first date of use

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

ONLINE & LIVE CLASS POLICY

Reservations for classes will only be held until the class start time. If you arrive after the class start time you will not be able to access the studio.

You can cancel your class booking online up to 2 hours before the scheduled class start time – log in and go to the “My Schedule” tab, where you can view and cancel your upcoming booked classes. When you cancel your booking, your class credit will be refunded automatically if booked using a pass. If a card payment was made for a single class, the credit will remain active on your account for 1 month.

• The 2 hour cancellation limit allows us to offer your place to another student
• If you’re unable to provide the requisite notice, you will forfeit the class
• The Power Yoga Company reserve the right to refuse entry

CLASSES & PASSES

• All classes and passes have an expiration date and are non-refundable

RESTRICTIONS

• All class passes and gift cards sold by The Power Yoga Company are not transferable to Pregnancy or Postnatal Yoga classes

PRIVATE CLASSES

• Pre-payment at time of booking is required
• Cancellations more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session will receive full credit towards a future Private Lesson
• Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full

WORKSHOPS

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• If you cancel up to 4 hours before the workshop start time, the full amount will be returned to your PYC account as credit.
• This credit is non-refundable but can be used towards any future purchase, including classes, memberships, and workshops.
• Credit is transferable, so you’re welcome to offer it to a friend or loved one if you can’t attend.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the workshop start time are not eligible for credit.
• If The Power Yoga Company cancels a workshop for any reason, a full credit or refund will be issued.

TEACHER TRAINING

• There is a £200 non-refundable admin fee unless your application is unsuccessful.
• Due to limited spots in the PYC Teacher Training programme, refunds are only offered in cases of unexpected medical circumstances (minus the admin fee).
• No refunds will be issued once the programme has started.
• CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION: Classes or sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. If PYC is unable to deliver any session as scheduled, it will either be rescheduled or delivered online.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Please email us to make your reservation.

Advance payment is required to secure all bookings. We reserve the right to cancel any booking where payment is not received before the event.

Once we have received payment, a confirmation email with the booking details will be sent to you. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received this message. If you do not receive this message, please contact the bookings team as soon as possible. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings are agreed in writing via a confirmation email. From this point on a 48 hour cancellation policy applies. You will be required to pay in full unless we receive an email 48 hours before the start of your booking, stating cancellation.

BOOKING TIMES

Standard operating hours are 8:30am – 8pm.

The studio/s must only be used during the hours that have been agreed and pre-booked.

Please vacate the studio/s as quickly as you possibly can after your booking has finished.  We leave 30 minute intervals between hires, but please be mindful of other users. 

We can arrange for early access (before 8.30am), or late opening (after 8pm) at an extra charge and if requested at least 2 weeks in advance (subject to staff availability). Please contact the bookings team for more information.

WIFI

The building is equipped with Wi-Fi signal and this is accessible through a guest account; details of which will be in your confirmation email. Please note this is a free service which is not set up for the purpose of live streaming and there are no guarantees from our part as to its speed and reliability.

NOISE LEVELS

Noise levels must be kept to a reasonable level. If you are disturbing other users, you will be advised to reduce your noise level by PYC staff.

HEALTH & SAFETY

You are responsible for ensuring your booking is run in line with current health & safety guidelines.

Your own belongings are your responsibility when you are within the building. We will accept no responsibility for personal or professional items left on the premises.

Studios can be locked if you leave the space during your booking. Please ask the booking team for more information.

You will be liable for any damage caused to the studio/s during or as a result of your hire. Any damage that occurs during your booking must be brought to our attention.

The studio/s must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Mini (2 Hours): £180

Half day (4 hours): £340

Full Day (8 hours): £640

Additional Hours: £80 per hour

Here at The Power Yoga Company we take your privacy very seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We ask you for certain personal data to provide you with the services or products you request. For example, when you request to receive communications, create an account, make purchases or participate in our events.

In order to manage your account, you must provide us with certain information, and give us consent to have it, such as: your name and contact details. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information.

When you consent, we will send you (via email) marketing communications and news concerning PYC’s services, products, events and other promotions. SECURITY

We aim to provide all clients from the Power Yoga Company with a safe shopping experience. For all our online transactions we use a system called Momence. Momence encodes your credit card and contact details to ensure their safe transfer to us.

We are committed to making sure that your information is secure. To avoid unauthorised access or disclosure, we have in place physical, electronic and management procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you. However, please note that no system is ever completely secure.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years or under the applicable age limit (the “Age Limit”). If you are under the Age Limit, we will contact your parents for consent.

SHARING INFORMATION

Your personal privacy is very important to us, and we do not share it with third-parties.
