OUR STORY

Established in 2007 by two school friends who shared a love for power yoga. Recognizing the absence of specialized power yoga studios in London, they decided to create their own sanctuary for power yoga enthusiasts.

We began our journey in a modest leased space accommodating only seven yoga mats. Over a decade and a half later, we have flourished, attracting devoted longstanding students and fresh faces daily. It is our utmost pride that despite our expansion, we have remained steadfast in upholding our core values: creating an intimate, inviting, boutique yoga studio deeply connected to the local community it serves - a sanctuary for exceptional yoga instructors.

WHAT IS POWER YOGA?

Power Yoga is a type of vinyasa yoga derived from Ashtanga, where each posture seamlessly transitions into the next, synchronized with the breath. This vigorous practice enhances strength, stability, and suppleness. Classes cater to all levels, accommodating both novices and seasoned yogis, offering modifications to customize the intensity based on individual preferences. Our proficient instructors curate unique sessions brimming with creative sequences, ensuring an engaging experience for every participant.

You can join any class and do what feels good for you. Power Yoga is not about a level, you are not a beginner/intermediate/advanced, it is about an experience – being part of a community breathing and moving together. We are inclusive, welcoming different bodies, ages, sexes in a non judgmental space. The beauty of the power yoga practice is that each class is tailored depending who’s in the class, the time of day, the atmosphere in the room.

Nestled on a quiet leafy street in Parsons Green, our tranquil and well-lit studio awaits you.Our facilities feature advanced infrared heating set at a pleasant 25°C, air purification systems, and all necessary amenities.
